Are you a motivated student looking to gain valuable experience and skills? SAP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the Product Learning Support team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
- Assist with event planning, including logistical support, scheduling, registration, and data analysis.
- Ensure seamless delivery options, providing access to systems and materials throughout the process.
- Handle customer inquiries for SAP Learning (Ticketing).
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction in all customer interactions.
- Provide comprehensive support for Training Partners (reseller and delivery).
- Maintain internal systems data and perform operational reporting.
- Conduct data quality checks.
- Review feedback on results and identify potential improvements.
- Support internal projects.
Requirements:
- Take initiative, persevere, and stay curious.
- Work on meaningful projects and be energized by lifelong learning.
- Major degree preferred in Business Administration or IT, students who will graduate within two years' timeframe.
- Advanced knowledge of Office Package, with good experience in Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization in person/virtually.
- Good writing skills in English.
- Organized, motivated, and with initiative.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
