We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cyber Security Associate Consultant. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing 24/7 technical support for issues affecting our Managed Security Services customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance for Managed Security Services customers, operating under pressure to isolate problems impacting customer systems.
  • Using your experience, technical knowledge, and provided resources, identify customer needs and resolve Incidents or Service Requests.
  • Escalate issues as needed, with support from peers, and maintain awareness of new and emerging cyber-attack threats.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions of the SOC, develop and revise them as needed.

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll need to keep your skills up-to-date and relevant for Cyber Security technologies. You'll collaborate with the team to deliver and support security solutions based on customer requirements and industry knowledge.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a Security Operation Center monitoring, detecting, triaging, and supporting security solutions.
  • Intermediate English level; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong experience in one or more security technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft).
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI-related certification, and compliance practices.
  • Awareness of Enterprise Ticketing systems and ITIL processes.

We're looking for someone with a high degree of integrity, ability to work independently, and adapt to evolving processes and guidelines. If you have certifications in areas like Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL, that's a bonus
