Strong leadership skills are required to lead a team of developers and guide organizations through complex modernization initiatives.Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing robust automation frameworks to streamline operations and optimize performance
  • Migrating on-premises applications to the AWS cloud, developing comprehensive strategies for smooth transitions
  • Architecting and developing scalable front-end and back-end services that meet evolving business needs
  • Guiding and inspiring a team of talented developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years in software development, including 4+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Expert-level knowledge of serverless architectures, microservices, and decoupled system design
  • Proven track record of successfully migrating enterprise applications from on-premises to AWS
Technical Prowess:
  • Deep expertise in AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB)
  • ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Python
  • Terraform/OpenTofu
  • CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Spacelift)
  • PostgreSQL database administration
