We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Director - Digital Transformation to join our team at Media.Monks. As a key member of our strategy department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
- Lead workshops and research initiatives to gather key objectives, requirements, and success markers.
- Define strategic scope and briefs that enable our creative teams to excel and deliver successful projects.
- Write actionable project briefs grounded in data and elevated by insights.
- Validate insights and ideas at every turn to ensure solutions impact the client's business in the best possible way.
- Work closely with our creative team to turn strategic opportunities into incredible creative work that drives results.
- High-level experience developing digital and brand strategies on behalf of high-profile brands.
- Proven track record of delivering award-winning work (creative and/or strategic effectiveness awards).
- Strong analytical skills, including market research, benchmarking, a/b testing, search analysis, and audience research.
- Ability to analyze the full digital ecosystem and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present digital strategies to A-list clients and C-level executives.
- Drive for creating clear and actionable strategy proposals and debriefs that are free of unnecessary jargon and empty words.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and provide solid strategic advice.
- Strong team player with a passion for creating a positive and empowering work environment.
