Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic business and account plans for designated accounts.
- Utilize regular data analysis to identify and capitalize on sales and distribution opportunities.
- Represent Accor Hotels at regional and national trade events, special events, and networking functions.
- Identify new distribution opportunities for Accor Hotels and its hotels across the hub.
- Connect new B2B accounts to Accor systems, enhance web indirect contribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a sound understanding of hotel operations, sales, marketing, and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of TARS and DARAWEB systems.
- Demonstrates expertise in presentation skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Exhibits strong leadership and interpersonal skills when engaging with key stakeholders.
- Adept at managing conflict, schedules, and urgent projects promptly and effectively.
- Capable of autonomously making sound business decisions through strategic thinking and decisive action.
