Recurrent Energy is a leading renewable energy company that is undergoing a major transformation in its HR processes. We are seeking an experienced Workday Implementation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the implementation of our new HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our HR stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into Workday requirements.
- Work closely with Workday consultants to design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution.
- Develop and deliver training materials, job aids, and support documentation for users.
- Deliver end-user training and provide go-live support.
- Continuously monitor post-go-live stability and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Workday HCM implementation projects, in a global internal setting or consultancy.
- Experience with handling local statutory requirements, especially in the areas of Absence, Benefits, or Payroll.
- Existing Workday certification will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service & results-oriented.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrated success working within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work collaboratively and flexibly across multiple time zones.
- Willingness to travel on-site for critical activities.
- Able to communicate in a secondary language, namely Japanese, Korean, or Portuguese will be a big plus.
