We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Journey Service Supervisor - Process Improvement Leader.

Job Summary:
The Customer Journey Service Supervisor will be responsible for creating and implementing processes that ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and lean methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create GWM After Sales standard process with the mindset of customer satisfaction through a lean and smart process
- Implement GWM After Sales process at all dealers
- Create sustainability procedures to maintain a high level of After Sales operations and customer satisfaction (self-evaluation, periodical audits and reports, etc)
- Create online and face-to-face training
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in process improvement and customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
