Salary: R$ 5,500 - R$ 7,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

The Customer Support team plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.

As a Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contracts.

You will work closely with the commercial department to negotiate new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotations.

Additionally, you will assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, Sales Department, and Area Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure contract renewals.
  2. Negotiate new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotations with the commercial department.
  3. Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, Sales Department, and Area Supervisors.
  4. Deal with technical open cases resolution process through proactive communication, regular meetings, and close collaboration with Product Support Dpt.
  5. Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonus, and penalties.
  6. Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract.
  7. Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to production period.
  8. Manage Monthly Reports deliveries to customers.
  9. Prepare project monthly reports and present it to the board.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within the energy market.
  • Good business sense and economical understanding of contracts.
  • Contract and Project management knowledge.
  • Language skills: Portuguese and English fluent, Spanish desired.
  • Wind turbine, Energy or Aircraft industry experience would be considered a positive attribute.
