We're looking for a talented Customer Support Consultant to join our team at SupportYourApp. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and develop your skills in customer support.

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with our customers
• Meeting team KPIs and performance metrics
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and product developments
• Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services
• Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What we're looking for in a candidate:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
• Experience in a customer support role
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• A personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

A great plus:

• Experience with CRM systems
