About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Outcomes Senior CSM Technical Consultant to help our customers achieve their goals. This role involves configuring ServiceNow Platform based on leading practices to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state workflows.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions with a focus on long-term success and adherence to technical standards.
  • Provide oversight and testing of code developed by partners or customer employees.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in professional services or equivalent education/experience.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and comfort working independently.
  • Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
