- Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to activate contracts and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage internal trackers and reports related to onboarding status.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to resolve blockers.
- Support process improvements and standardization of onboarding steps.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in digital advertising, agencies, or media companies is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
