Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Patient Access Strategies
The Associate Director will work closely with the Global Market Access team, Regional Market Access team, and Country Market Access teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient access strategies for our prioritized vaccines.
Lead Reimbursement and Access Strategy DevelopmentThe Associate Director will lead the development of reimbursement and access strategies for our vaccines, working closely with the Regional Market Access Lead, Regional Leaders for Commercial, Medical Affairs, Policy, Outcome Research, Pricing, and Affordability.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsThe Associate Director will partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Global Public Policy, Communications, and Population Health colleagues to deliver integrated brand plans for our priority products.
Develop Market Access ContentThe Associate Director will develop market access content, including payer value decks, payer visual aids, and calculators, to articulate the burden of disease and unmet needs with the clinical and economic value of our vaccines.
Drive Funding Allocation and Reimbursement SolutionsThe Associate Director will collaborate with GMAx, PCPH, and Outcome Research to drive funding allocation, reimbursement, and affordability solutions for our priority products.
Ensure Alignment of Local Data Generation StudiesThe Associate Director will ensure alignment of local data generation studies proposals and strategy, consistent with country value demonstration requirements, working closely with OR and Medical Affairs.
Requirements- Education
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public health/epidemiology, health policy, or health economics, with a Master's degree preferred.
ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in Market Access, HTA/OR, Marketing Vaccines, Business Development, or New Products Launch in the Lifesciences Industry, with a proven track record in achieving patient access in the public and private sector for Vaccines and Specialty care/Hospital products.
Language SkillsFluent in Spanish, English, and/or Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced Education
A Master's degree in business administration, public health/epidemiology, health policy, or health economics, with a Doctoral degree preferred.
Additional ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, Affordability, Health Technology Assessment, or Health Policy in the Pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in achieving patient access in the public and private sector for Vaccines and Specialty care/Hospital products.
