Job Opportunity

The National Associate and Regional Director position is an exciting opportunity to support the daily operations of the National Center for Entrepreneurship. The role involves advancing the center's mission by supporting program strategy, partnership development, and national coordination of entrepreneurship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of national entrepreneurship programs and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate with communities around the country to support local entrepreneurship center development, student programming, and faculty training.
  • Provide guidance to entrepreneurship centers and incubators on program design, student engagement, and partnership cultivation.
  • Ensure alignment of national programs with institutional needs, funder expectations, and impact metrics.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with corporate, nonprofit, government, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the national center and entrepreneurship leaders at participating institutions and partnering organizations.
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with national and campus-based teams.
  • Assist in the management and supervision of National Center staff.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree and significant relevant experience at a managerial level are required.
  • 7+ years of experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, or economic development.

  • Experience with academic institutions and/or entrepreneurship preferred.
  • Ability to manage a network of strategic partners and experience working with C-suite executives to build relationships.
