About the Role

As a Pricing Strategist, you will lead a team of analysts in developing competitive price proposals using pricing models and market intelligence. In collaboration with Sales, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions, you will drive business unit profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team to ensure pricing expertise, process execution, and member development.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance Business Partners to adapt pricing approaches to dynamic business needs.
  • Create price quotations, support sales with customer negotiations, and book contracts for business.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts independently and proactively.
  • Understand how Pricing actions drive EBIT impacts and make decisions in the best interest of the organization.
  • Utilize relevant pricing models to drive accurate price setting.
  • Develop and manage effective reporting tools to support business needs.
  • Drive Self-Service pricing and departmental initiatives with the team and stakeholders.
  • Review business performance with Finance counterparts and MD, discuss corrective actions, and implement improvements.
  • Assist management with training and onboarding new team members.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Finance, Commercial, or Pricing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Project management or team lead experience.
