Technical Support Engineer

At CrowdStrike, we're looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including product development teams and leadership, to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Your ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical problems will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and security principles
