Job Overview

The primary focus of this position is to utilize extensive technical expertise to guarantee the seamless functioning of the organization's operations by overseeing the various technologies and systems that constitute the IS Infrastructure.

Furthermore, this role encompasses providing application support and automating processes through scripting, swiftly addressing service disruptions and requests to uphold operational efficiency.

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential. Possessing leadership qualities is a valuable asset for this position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-6:00PM

Core Responsibilities:

Execute routine IS fundamental tasks (KTLO); Offer support and troubleshooting for branches/users; Manage and maintain server rooms (including backups); Foster a community that encourages the exchange of best practices and serves as a catalyst for global consistency; Drive automation and innovation (including PowerShell); Oversee procurement, asset management, and inventory; Maintain and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment; Administer and maintain telecommunications; Manage proprietary applications of Expeditors; Administer third-party systems; Plan and utilize capacity effectively; Administer helpdesk operations; Provide training; Ensure disaster recovery and high availability; Address cybersecurity concerns; Understand networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN), including warehouse RF setup and configuration; Manage Office 365; Troubleshoot, maintain, and deploy Windows PCs; Oversee printers and copiers; Administer Windows Server (including Active Directory and Group Policies); Administer Linux Servers (fundamentals); Manage virtualization; Conduct remote administration; Support mobile devices (iOS/Android).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (in progress); IT certifications are advantageous: CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Linux; Previous experience in IT helpdesk is preferred.
