Water and Sanitation Key Leader\

As a Water and Sanitation Key Leader, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies across our full portfolio in the country. Your role involves planning, leading, and developing a sales team to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, ensuring profitability, commercial objectives, and customer satisfaction.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives for the segment, aligned with corporate strategy, targeting budget goals and sales efficiency.
  • Supervise the sales team, defining and implementing improvement plans to ensure high performance and provide necessary resources.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with new, existing, and potential customers, in coordination with Front-end Sales, Product Managers, and Sales Managers.
  • Lead sales processes, training, and development activities to ensure the team is engaged and aligned with area objectives.
\Requirements:\
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid experience serving public and private clients in the Water and Sanitation sector.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, contract analysis, and risk management.
  • Fluent English, essential for communication with global teams.
\Preferred Qualifications (What Counts as Plus):\
  • Technical knowledge of Drives, PLCs, and Electric Motors portfolio.
