Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in defining, developing, and implementing commercial strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to attract new sponsorships through market analysis.
  • Capture sponsorships by contacting potential partners.
  • Negotiate sponsorship contracts that maximize profitability and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in contract implementation at events.
  • Analyze commercial activities using key metrics.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of talented managers and specialists.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in capturing and managing commercial agreements.
  • Experience in sports sponsorships industry.
  • Proven track record in managing teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a win-win mindset.
  • Fluency in English (other languages a plus).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
