**Job Overview**
We're looking for a Business Strategy and Commercial Development Lead to support our Revenue Management (RGM) strategy design and execution tracking for Brazil. This role will involve working with the RGM coordinator to lead RGM initiatives across Categories and Channels, analyzing and discussing results, and influencing category managers and directors.
**Key Responsibilities**
This position will require coordinating and influencing multi-functional teams in each of the 5 revenue management pillars: Promotional Strategy, Mix Management, Price Strategy, Trade Architecture, and Innovation and Assortment. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing proposals that enable year-over-year price realization consistently above country food inflation.
- Assisting in the creation of promotional strategies by RE that improve ROI year over year via developing a price grid.
- Contributing to the innovation development discussion, ensuring a better mix for the company while maintaining competitive price proposals for clients.
- Assessing KBR commercial policies to ensure mix and ticket growth.
- Working with Insights and RGM Regional team to develop RGM tools considering internal and external business variables.
**Your Recipe for Success**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An undergraduate business degree or other discipline requiring extensive quantitative knowledge (e.g., mathematics, finance, economics).
- Experience in Commercial areas.
- Deep knowledge of local market dynamics and key customers.
- Proven skills in Financial & data analysis.
- English intermediate skill, enabling active participation in meetings.
**Compensation Package**
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Estimated annual salary based on location and industry standards is around $100,000.
