We are seeking a Merchant Onboarding Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reviewing content provided by partners, uploading and verifying merchant account information, and reviewing merchant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and review content provided by partners to ensure optimal accuracy before the store goes live.
- Upload and verify merchant account information, ensuring efficiency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Review merchant qualifications according to established rules.
- Review other applications from BD or merchants.
- Manage store photo-taking services.
- Manage merchant-related materials.
- A highly responsible individual with a steadfast commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.
- Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business environments.
- Contributes positively to the team dynamic, supports colleagues, and enhances team effectiveness through exceptional communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
- Proficient in computer software.
