Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to members, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with members to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance member experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
