As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for exceptional service. You'll have the opportunity to take your role beyond checking guests in and out, sharing your knowledge and love of our region to make their stays even more special.

What You'll Bring to the Role
  • A service-focused personality is essential
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a similar PMS is an asset
  • A full South Australian driver's license is a must, with confidence driving both automatic and manual cars
  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal, with additional languages an asset
  • Full Australian working rights, with no restrictions on hours and full availability
