Job Title: Guest Service Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Coordinator to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and supporting the Manager and Guest Services Assistants in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Support the Manager and Guest Services Assistants in guest services activities, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assist with the coordination of guest services, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
  • Fluent in Advanced English
  • Previous experience in guest service or a related field
