Job Role

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Junior Presales Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in integration and implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with LMS and ATS solutions, as well as strong technical skills. They will be responsible for leading global integration projects from definition phase to execution, testing, and deployment.

  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams in designing integration solutions for clients
  • Advise and support clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS, including SSO integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API)
  • Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and deployment
  • Support clients' internal & external teams with technical issues related to integrations
  • Train other teams and coordinate information within the organization

Key Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with clients to identify and resolve technical issues. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably with a technical background
  • Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • English and Spanish level C1

Preferred Skills

  • Other languages such as French or German are valuable
  • Experience with LMS or LXPs administration/integrations
  • Experience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.
  • Understanding and knowledge in APIs, technical documentation, and coding are a plus
