Regional Freight Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting transport requirement analysis, analyzing results and executing end-to-end RFIs.

A key aspect of this role is managing analytics by conducting SCMIS reporting, assessing internal cost developments and external price developments based on market information.

  • Candidate will execute supplier performance measurement process, consulting on alternative solutions and supplier change risk.
  • The role also involves establishing a CAT CIPS Strategy proposal for freight per sub-category and/or supplier based on in-depth assessment of suppliers, stakeholders, market and category analysis.

In addition, the Regional Freight Manager will facilitate stakeholder engagements to educate business units on change and build their desire to support it.

Requirements:
  • A university degree is required.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
