Customer Service Leader

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive sales growth. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing customer value plans based on cost of service vis-à-vis value of customer sales
  • Implementing pricing strategy and incentive framework in alignment with HQ and regional requirements
  • Creating customer intimacy by driving service agenda of translating customer requirements to business value add - from concept to code
  • Developing new verticals in line with respective government's long term vision (eg sustainability etc.)

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of work experience with at least a Masters in business or engineering
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experienced as a sales leader
  • Previous experience with working in a regional setup and liaison with HQ
  • Previous exposure to foreign cultures. Experience with different business and communication styles.
