Data Insights Leader

The ideal candidate will lead the development of intelligent analytics and machine learning solutions for clients. They will be responsible for designing predictive models, processing large datasets, and driving business impact through actionable data insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with complex data sets to extract insights using statistical and machine learning methods
- Build predictive and classification models to support business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Apply deep learning, NLP, or recommendation systems depending on project needs
- Prepare data visualizations and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in data science roles
- Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proficient with SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift)
- Solid knowledge of statistics, A / B testing, and experimental design
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly
- Fluent in English
