Job Title: Sales Leadership Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leadership Director to lead our Dealer Direct and Distribution sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer mindshare.
  • Maintain a strong Dealer and Distributor base by driving performance and accountability.
  • Build a network of strategic trade allies and market influencers.
  • Create annual sales budgets and contribute to market and product strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of technical sales team leadership experience.
  • Proven sales growth track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Able to travel 75% of the time.

Compensation:

  • Up to $190,000, depending on experience.
  • Some relocation assistance can be offered.
