Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leadership Director to lead our Dealer Direct and Distribution sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth and leadership experience in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer mindshare.
  • Maintain a strong network of Dealer and Distributor relationships to drive performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market and product strategies.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technical sales team leadership experience with a proven sales growth track record.
  • BA/BS in a technical or business-related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage at all levels of an organization (internal/external).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel 75% of the time.

  • Competitive salary up to $190,000 depending on experience.
