International Recruitment Manager

As an experienced professional in business development, sales, and customer experience, you will play a key role in promoting our top-ranked undergraduate program across Brazil. This position combines business development, sales, and customer relationship management through engagement with prospective students, agents, counselors, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development - Generate year-over-year lead volume growth by identifying and developing target schools and communities. Design strategies to engage students, parents, counselors, and agents, and travel to host/attend events and visits that strengthen school and community relations while generating new leads.
  • Sales - Manage a large prospective applicant pipeline using Salesforce CRM. Engage consistently and effectively with prospects to maximize conversion, build strong relationships with families, and ensure the best support for students starting their journey with us.
  • Leadership - Collaborate effectively across cultures with colleagues worldwide, contribute to regional and global team projects that drive growth and innovation, and lead roadshows presenting our programs to partner schools, families, and institutional partners.
  • Customer Experience - Guide students through the full enrollment journey from application to financial aid and matriculation logistics. Connect with stakeholders via in-person visits, phone, text, and WhatsApp, identify & interview qualified applicants to assess fit and support the admissions decision, and personalize every stakeholder interaction providing tailored support aligning with their needs and goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • English proficiency (required); Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • 2+ years of proven success in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up and drive results throughout the sales cycle
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting and exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms (preferred)
