Account Growth Strategist

You play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers, designing customer experiences that inspire loyalty. Your impact is crucial to our success.

Your Role:

As a senior industry professional nationally, you will be responsible for developing new opportunities and retention strategies, aligned with industry experts and the company network. You will approach customers proactively, presenting the company to close new business and monitor retention levels to ensure the company's share of wallet.

You will lead a team to follow regional and global strategy on related industries, monitoring market updates and sharing information within the organization. Your goal is to achieve assigned targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting market research and suggesting new initiatives in the industry
  • Providing end-to-end solutions for customers
  • Negotiating and closing commercial proposals
  • Maintaining regular communication with business units, branch managers, industry experts, line management, and regional management
  • Sharing knowledge between sales executives
  • Monitoring competitors while following compliance rules and market trends
  • Acting on other customer-related initiatives or following business necessity
  • Leading small vertical teams
Requirements:
  • Administration/International Business experience
  • Aerospace industry experience
  • Sales experience
  • Fluent English skills
  • German and Spanish knowledge preferred
