Lead the way in ensuring customers realize value from our platform by developing and executing comprehensive plans that align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to drive product adoption, helping them achieve desired outcomes and maximize ROI
- Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses and conduct regular health checks to identify areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account through education, coaching, and effective communication
- Represent customer interests as a trusted advisor, advocate, and marketing thought leader, facilitating regular executive business reviews
- Partner with customers to design, launch, and manage targeted marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for digital marketing and analytics, applying this knowledge to benefit customers
- Provide actionable insights gleaned from customer data and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Empower customers to get maximum value from our platform by leveraging its full range of features and functionalities
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution
- Address customer concerns with confidence and professionalism, delivering exceptional service at all times
We seek individuals with:
- Bachelor's / Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience, preferably 2-3 years in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role
- Strong technical acumen and basic understanding of SaaS platforms, mobile technologies, and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge and understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data analytics tools
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and campaign optimization
- Post-graduate qualifications in Digital Marketing or a related field
