Senior Data Insights Manager

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of business intelligence initiatives. The Business Intelligence Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data-driven solutions, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies to support data-driven decision-making across the division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design data solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present business insights and recommendations to stakeholders in English and Portuguese.
- Manage short- and long-term planning for online channels, reporting directly to headquarters.
- Operate systems such as ERP and internal platforms.
- Develop and maintain control towers for all data used in sales and operations.
- Extract, integrate, and consolidate data from various sources, including SQL databases, ERP, and other internal company platforms.
- Develop ETL processes to automate data collection and processing.
- Organize data storage to optimize performance and enable quick access for analysis and report development.
- Perform exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and correlations, generating actionable insights from analyzed data.
- Utilize analytical tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel to manipulate, explore, and visualize data in detail.
- Update and develop reports and dashboards through Excel and Tableau.
- Automate workflows and processes to optimize S&OP operations.
- Experience in data generation and analysis.
- Knowledge of the market, SI and SO, S&OP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strategic thinker with structured reasoning, results orientation, and strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
