">We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Officer to join our team.

- You will deliver exceptional customer service to customers who have experienced a service failure, responding to their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will investigate and analyze customer complaints from all communication channels, providing prompt feedback and recommendations for service recovery and settlement of complaints.
- Additionally, you will manage customer feedback databases, generating reports and insights that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Analyze complex customer cases and make informed decisions regarding compensation and resolution.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, airport stations, legal departments, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with consumer legislation and commercial trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of consumer legislation and commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex cases and determine customer requests and intent.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
