About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to lead the contract and billing activities for effective customer contract management. As part of the AMER Business Development team, you will oversee tasks across North, Central, and South America.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Contract Administration Activities: Ensure accurate and timely completion of contractual tasks, including creating billing milestones and contract compliance with end-users.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the workflow of the contract team, ensuring on-time reporting to end-users and billing submissions.
- Maintain Master Files and Databases: Ensure resources are available to all team members.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Create and distribute documents to relevant parties.
- Review Customer Contracts: Understand and manage customer contracts.
- Support Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving contractual, billing, financial, and/or process issues.
- Risk Management: Help identify, assess, and manage contractual risk as part of the bid team.
- Educational Background: Recently graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- Desirable Experience: Relevant experience in working with finance, billing, contract management, and/or compliance.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Task Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast-moving, and challenging environment.
