Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee critical performance indicators for our retail hubs, identify areas of improvement through data-driven analysis, and implement scalable solutions utilizing automation and AI.

This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to monitor and manage key performance metrics, facilitate innovation initiatives between hubs and central teams, and lead the implementation of efficient monitoring systems and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage critical KPIs for retail hubs.
  • Act as primary point of contact between hubs and central teams for innovation initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of scalable solutions using automation and AI.
  • Design and maintain effective monitoring systems and dashboards.
  • Develop strategies to reduce vendor attrition and enhance overall vendor experience.
  • Coordinate task forces with commercial teams to address critical operational challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven program or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL database management.
  • Strong requirement gathering and writing clear requirement documents skills.
