Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketplaces Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing marketplaces in North America and Latin America, working closely with various business teams and product groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall marketplace program implementation across all HP product groups and business teams.
  • Drive 3P growth through recruiting, monitoring, enforcing, and supporting HP's 3P business.
  • Establish and maintain internal and external relationships, representing the program with account teams and agencies.
  • Work across countries to proactively identify and resolve issues across marketplaces accounts.
  • Collaborate with HP's internal and outside brand protection teams to ensure effective and efficient systems are in place to detect and enforce against infringements.
  • Produce reporting, generate statistics, maintain records, and identify patterns to inform marketplace program strategy.
  • Assist in developing additional strategies to improve customer experiences in marketplaces platforms.
  • Responsible for attending and facilitating cross-functional meetings, governing timing and action, identifying risks and delays, driving accountability, and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Empower decision making by delivering learning in simple, story-like fashion, providing clear and actionable recommendations, and consultation to design strategies/tactics to improve HP's brand health.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with data and data analysis to inform decision making.
  • Ability to deliver reports and presentations to a high standard.
  • Experience with marketplaces accounts and/or e-commerce sites is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to deliver tasks and assignments in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a reliable and professional manner.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency required (business conversation level at least).

Education and Experience Required:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically, 6-10 years of related and proved experience in e-commerce or marketplaces or digital marketing or digital business development.
  • Typically, 5-8 years of project development experience.
