About the Role

We seek an experienced IT Support Specialist to maintain continuity of our IT services. Responsibilities will include daily support, IT asset management, identifying incidents, and proposing process optimizations. This role ensures seamless employee experiences and serves as a vital link between first-level support and complex escalations.

A Typical Day Includes:
  • Resolve escalated incidents and requests: Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and system issues to ensure operational continuity.
  • Manage user access and employee lifecycle: Administer credentials, permissions, and system access, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer SaaS applications and services: Configure, maintain, and support cloud-based Software as a Service tools used by the company.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation: Develop and update FAQs, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles to optimize support and empower users.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting: Identify root causes and implement effective solutions for complex incidents.
  • Develop scripts for automation: Integrate systems, automate routine tasks, and optimize IT processes to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology fields, such as Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related areas.
  • Operating Systems: Proven proficiency and experience in supporting Windows and macOS environments.
  • SaaS and Access Management: Solid experience in supporting and administering various cloud-based SaaS tools.
