Compliance Risk Management Specialist

The primary goal of the Compliance function is to reinforce the First Line of Defence (LOD) by reviewing and challenging business activities to ensure effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify suspicious Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFTP), and fraud-related activities through alert analysis.
- Collaborate with Local and Regional Teams to develop and update transaction monitoring system rules.
- Compile monthly performance metrics for senior committees.
- Submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to relevant authorities.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) related to Transaction Monitoring processes.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on alerts generated from sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and negative news screening systems.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the capacity to adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
