The Procurement Specialist will take charge of the strategic sourcing of packaging categories within Brazil, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving cost efficiency, working capital management, and financial performance. Reporting to the Procurement Regional Category Manager, you will oversee assigned commodities, suppliers, and procurement activities to fulfill stakeholder requirements.

Utilizing a systematic strategic sourcing approach, your responsibilities will include:


• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to formulate sourcing strategies that effectively meet business needs while minimizing costs.


• Identifying, assessing, and selecting suppliers that align with our business requirements.


• Soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for specific purchases, addressing complex technical, commercial, and financial aspects, and managing contracts as necessary.


• Analyzing the supply base to mitigate risks and optimize total costs.


• Enhancing the Kimberly-Clark supply chain, managing procurement processes and projects, and fostering strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (Engineering, Business, Administration); Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); Experience in strategic management of packaging or related categories; Skills in strategic planning with a focus on developing cost-effective and innovative supply sources.
