We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our product owner in analyzing business functions, driving decisions, and scoping within the organization.

  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making within the organization.
  • Create and refine user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support backlog grooming efforts, facilitating collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as key liaison for data enablement, communicating technical requirements, and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Assess and understand SAP functionality, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Raise awareness of best practices, promoting standardization and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Communicate decisions impacting data models, conversion, and governance requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing business context, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder management.
  • Identifying decisions requiring escalation to process leads, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participating in Solution Confirmation workshops, driving consensus, and ensuring alignment.
  • Liaising with the data team, driving data conversion deliverables, and educating stakeholders on process improvements.
  • Coordinating with the data conversion team on mapping designs, data conversion requirements, and data construction.
  • Translating business processes into detailed data requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identifying and creating test demo data for User Stories, Feature Integration, and Unit testing.
  • Becoming an expert in their field, championing change, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Progressive experience in operations, finance, data, or related fields.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong understanding of business objectives, drivers, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to devise viable solutions.
  • Proven experience writing business process documentation, with clear, concise communication.
  • Proven experience working in matrix organizations, with ability to navigate complex structures.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, with intermediate Excel knowledge.
