Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Catalog Analyst to oversee day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring catalog health, optimizing performance, and supporting sales growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will manage end-to-end listing management, catalog oversight, and data analysis using tools like Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and creating and optimizing listings both backend and frontend.

This is not a strategic or leadership role – it's a fully operational position where you'll work closely with inventory teams to avoid stockouts/overstocks, manage restock limits, and reconcile discrepancies in Amazon's inventory reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and maintain listings with full backend and frontend control.
  • Monitor listing quality, keyword indexing, suppressed/stranded ASINs, and apply improvements regularly.
  • Collaborate with inventory teams to manage restock limits and reconcile discrepancies in Amazon's inventory reports.
  • Use Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova to track performance, pricing, sales trends, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven track record with listing creation and optimization, both backend and frontend.
  • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Terms of Service, policies, and listing compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
