We are seeking an experienced Bluebeam Product Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Bluebeam Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Analyze customer queries and requests based on priority, respond promptly, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Discuss and coordinate support activities with onsite leads, development initiatives from offshore, and provide status updates regularly.

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Key-users to understand their requirements and issues.

Cordinate and follow-up with product vendors for handling product bugs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skill Set:
  • Hands-on experience with installation and upgrading of Bluebeam products like Revu Standard, Revu CAD, Revu Extreme, and other relevant applications.
  • Good knowledge in Bluebeam product license administration and product assignments, installation, bug fixes.
  • Hands-on experience in license Administration of various COTS applications like from other vendors, also supported add-in, plug-ins, various Civil CAD tools.
  • Leadership and Mentoring Capacities.
