**Job Description**: We are seeking a seasoned Data Product Owner to lead our team in driving the transformation of Consumer Health towards a data and digital-first culture. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a 360-degree data product strategy, building high-value data products, and overseeing data product ownership and business analysis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute 360-degree data product strategy and roadmap: Create ROI/investment proposals and establish a product delivery roadmap. Drive both data product design as well as model development from a combined business and technical perspective.
- Build data products and incubate high-value solutions: Design and build function-specific data products, and end-to-end data products (e.g. Consumer 360, Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, Finance 360, and Employee 360). Accountable for validating that products/deliverables meet the needs of the business.
**Requirements:
- Strategic problem solver with expertise in data product leadership.
- Experience in building cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality data products.
- Strong understanding of data science and AI concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
