Enterprise Sales Manager

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within assigned territories. The role focuses on developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for enterprise clients.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
  • Develop customer contacts into leads and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Articulate the value of cybersecurity solutions to higher levels within customer organizations.
  • Identify, develop, and present a compelling value proposition to prospective customers in the large enterprise segment.
  • Position specialized services such as threat intelligence and Anti-APT solutions to large enterprises.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and product information to prospects.
  • Provide funnel reporting and updates using sales tools.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure deal closures and full sales cycle support through resellers or system integrators.
  • Stay updated on the competitive landscape and latest trends in the cybersecurity market.
  • Act as a trusted consultant for enterprise clients, positioning products and services as their preferred choice.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct account management experience in cybersecurity or IT, handling large accounts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and the enterprise sales landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience delivering presentations to large corporations and engaging with C-level executives.
  • CxO level contacts/relationships at large accounts.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a 'hunter' mentality for new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong business acumen and executive-level sales expertise.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
