Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources professional to lead the HR team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Brazilian labor laws.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives and support the growth of the company.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services and initiatives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the HR team and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to drive business decisions and improve HR processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a specialization in HR preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish desirable.
