Job Description:- To drive value across the organization by becoming a technical expert and strategic guide to the marketing department, leveraging knowledge of the marketing technology stack, including Braze and Amplitude.
- To cultivate expertise in systems, data architecture, and customer segmentation, developing dynamic customer attributes, events, and cohorts to support campaigns.
- To partner with engineering teams to define requirements for new custom attributes, events, and API integrations, unlocking opportunities for automation and innovation in customer marketing.
- To be proactive problem solvers, identifying growth opportunities and delivering actionable insights to support strategic business decisions, evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and marketing programs, and making recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- To collaborate with the marketing team to improve segmentation sophistication, A/B testing, journey pathing, and reporting to improve lifecycle marketing strategies, overseeing Next Best Offer programs, and driving 'next best offer' across multiple channels based on customer segmentation, lifecycle, and business goals.
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English.
- Academic background in a quantitative or related field (e.g., Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Business) or practical experience in Customer Lifecycle planning and analytics.
- Previous experience with either Amplitude or Braze.
- A/B and multivariate testing experience, including test design, reporting, and analysis to understand incremental lift.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Tableau.
