We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our strategic growth objectives.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating in the definition and execution of our talent attraction strategy, planning alternative recruitment scenarios according to business needs, designing and validating best practices for professional attraction, search, and selection, providing new ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our selection processes, and preparing reports and metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives;
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment goals;
- Design and execute effective recruitment marketing campaigns;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements;
- Source and attract top talent through various channels;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding;
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field;
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Experience with recruitment software and tools;
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
