General Manager Job Description

The General Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for driving business results and ensuring the success of our operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive growth through sales, member satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Performance: Ensure daily, monthly, and yearly financial performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive membership sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and teamwork.
  • Member Satisfaction: Foster a positive and healthy workplace culture that promotes member satisfaction and retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth operation of all club functions, including facilities maintenance, inventory management, and staff development.
Requirements:

To succeed as a General Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and operations management.
  • A proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
