Compliance Analyst Senior Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the Compliance Analyst Senior position. This role involves managing technical release articles, including writing requirements, summaries, business updates, and status tracking for various payment networks in the LATAM region.

The ideal candidate will review and evaluate all payment network changes, bulletins, and VBNs that impact Worldpay clients across processing regions. They will communicate summaries of changes, detailed requirements, and business implications to technology teams and stakeholders through regular meetings and written communications.

This role requires responding to issues related to payment network rules and technical requirements. The selected individual will maintain knowledge of applicable payment network rules and transaction processing frameworks across regions.

Operational relationships with payment networks will be managed, and the person will act as part of the escalation path (Network Liaison). They will handle incoming payment announcements for payment networks and advocate for merchants and acquirers with payment networks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or equivalent experience is required.
Essential Skills & Abilities
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • 5+ years of comprehensive knowledge of payment network rules and transaction processing frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective in planning and completing work within tight timeframes.
  • Capable of providing clear information to diverse audiences, including presentations, and handling sensitive issues effectively.
